Our Story

Shine Creative Media was founded in 2020 by Jalen Thomas, a Public Affairs Mass Communication Specialist in the Florida Army National Guard. The company was created to help organizations tell clear, authentic stories through strategic video content.

Jalen’s background in military photography shaped a results focused approach to storytelling, where every moment serves a purpose. That foundation continues to influence how Shine Creative Media approaches every project today.
